Downstairs we find the master bedroom, that has a queen size bed and a big window with a balcony overlooking the street. Both this bedroom and the living room have high ceilings that provide a brightness and amplitude sensation to the apartment. Also downstairs there is a second bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom, brilliantly hidden behind a mirror door. There is a designer stairway seamlessly integrated in the living room wall, that leads up to the third bedroom and second bathroom.

The location of the apartment is excellent, in the corner of Passeig de Gracia, where you will find the best shops of Barcelona, and also Casa Batlló and La Pedrera, two buildings that were designed by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí. You can also walk to Las Ramblas or Plaça de Catalunya.

There’s a subway station in the nearest corner street, where you could take a train to the Barcelona beach or even to the airport.

The apartment includes a complimentary parking spot, but it is very important to ask for it in advance to ensure availability.
