This apartment is located in a majestic building with high ceilings. It has moldings from Barcelona’s Eixample neighborhood typical style that have been left untouched from the original design in the whole apartment.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a lot of natural light that comes from the 2 balconies with big windows.

The kitchen is seamlessly built into the living room, keeping the same design. The living room has a beautiful and bright veranda, where you can open the windows and spend a nice time relaxing, having breakfast in the sun, reading a book, or just enjoying the lovely views of Valencia and Passeig de Gracia streets. There’s also a sofa-bed that can comfortably accommodate 2 people.

The bathroom has also been furbished following the Eixample typical design, with 3 big translucent windows, that let the light come inside, but are completely opaque from the exterior.

The location of the apartment is excellent, just one minute away walking from Casa Batlló, and 5 minutes from La Pedrera, two buildings that were designed by the famous architect Antoni Gaudí. You can also walk to Las Ramblas or Plaça de Catalunya.

There’s a subway station in the nearest corner street, where you could take a train to the Barcelona beach or even to the airport.
