About us

We are a team of professionals based in Barcelona city centre, with a wide experience in vacational rental apartments.We are at your disposal with non-stop service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our goal is to exceed the customer expectations regarding quality, comfort, security and satisfaction, making their Barcelona experience extraordinary.

Currently we have 6 apartments available, all of them with vacational license in order. They all have been designed and decorated with the best state-of-the-art materials, following the modernist style traditional from Barcelona.

Business hours:
From Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm and 4pm to 7pm.

Our office is located in the same building as 4 of our apartments. This allows us to provide you with extra services during business hours such as: left luggage office, document printing and reception desk for packages.



Antonio Noguera

General Manager

Antonio was born in Barcelona and currently lives halfway between this city and New York. He manages daily bookings, planning and controlling budgets and and profits. Thanks to his travelling, we are able to deliver our customers non-stop service in different time zones.

Robert Marugan

Check-in Manager

Robert will welcome you to the apartment, helping you with the check-in process. He will be the contact person to answer all your questions about your stay and the city, and he will also solve any problem that could occur during your visit. He will be there the last day, helping you to check-out. Robert can assist you in spanish, catalan or english.

Alejandro Noguera

Weekend Check-in Manager

Alejandro will welcome you to the apartment if your arrival date is on a weekend or outside normal business hours. Like Robert, he will be your contact person during the weekend, answering all your questions about the apartment and the city, and also solving any issues that can occur during the weekend. Alejandro will assist you in spanish, catalan, english or italian.

Maribel Sanjinés

Administrative Manager

Maribel manages the economic, administrative and accounting control of the organization, ensuring a correct financial management of the company. She also helps with the marketing and office duties.
